Adàsi Spa is an intimate, secluded retreat, designed to welcome only a small number of guests at a time and offer a genuine experience of peace and tranquillity.

Slip into your bathrobe, let your thoughts drift away, and permit yourself to slow down. Between enveloping saunas, panoramic whirlpools and the wellness garden, every breath feels lighter. Here, wellbeing is simplicity.

Adàsi Spa is dedicated to guests staying at our albergo diffuso and is also open to non-resident guests as a Day Spa.

We welcome you with a smile and our welcome bag.

Inside you will find a soft terry-cloth bathrobe, a large spa towel, Adàsi slippers and a peshtemal — the traditional cotton wrap used in Eastern hammams, which you can wear in the sauna.

A different way to experience the sauna: gradual, slow and enveloping.
The Soft Sauna surrounds the body with gentle warmth, inviting mind and body back into harmony. With a temperature of 50–60°C and humidity levels of 50–60%, it offers a softer sauna experience designed to encourage relaxation and leave thevskin feeling refreshed and hydrated.

Warmth and steam for body and mind

The power of warmth and the lightness of steam come together in a deeply restorative experience.
Warm air, steam and delicate fragrances blend together and settle gently on the skin, encouraging natural perspiration and leaving the body with a sense of deep relaxation. At approximately 45°C and 98% humidity, the Steam Room offers an enveloping ritual of warmth, fragrance and stillness.

Overlooking a breathtaking stretch of the surrounding landscape, our outdoor Finnish Sauna is a place to unwind and surrender to the intense, dry warmth.

With temperatures reaching 80–90°C, the heat envelops the body while the natural wood adds warmth, fragrance and texture to the experience.

Reaction Therapy

Reaction Therapy is the cooling phase of the wellness journey, when cold water and ice provide a refreshing contrast after the warmth of the sauna.

Choose between the ice basin, the cold-water tub or a refreshing shower and experience the awakening sensation of cold on the body.
