Of all the extraordinary things we are doing in this village, one of the things we are most proud of is having reopened its traditional village shop after forty years.<\/p>\n
Because a village cannot truly come back to life without the smell of fresh bread in the morning, cured meats sliced with care, fresh milk picked up on the way home, or a little everyday shopping that becomes an excuse to stop and have a chat.<\/p>\n
A village cannot be reborn if it forgets its own story. The bottega <\/em>is a heart that begins to beat again.<\/p>\n And to be a true bottega<\/em>, it must offer the products of those who believe, as we do, in the revival of this land: producers who raise animals responsibly, work the soil with their own hands, respect the seasons and create beauty through what they do.<\/p>\n But our B\u00fctega is more than that.<\/p>\n It is part osteria<\/em>, part living room, part place for the soul. So beautiful that sometimes you simply want to stay.
